Privacy Policy for the PrzejazdPlan app

1. Data controller

MW Interactive is the data controller for the processing described in this notice. For privacy questions, contact support@mwinteractive.com.

2. Data the app may process

PrzejazdPlan is an Android app distributed via Google Play. The app is free, may display Google AdMob ads, and may offer an optional Plus subscription through Google Play.

The app may process in particular:

• device location if the user grants permission,
• approximate and/or precise location used to find nearby level crossings and place a point on the map,
• selected and followed level crossings stored locally in the app,
• user-submitted crossing reports, including the reported coordinates, report date, technical installation identifier or device hash, and report status,
• technical data needed for app operation, diagnostics and service maintenance,
• information about the status of the Plus subscription handled by Google Play,
• advertising identifiers and ad-related data processed by Google AdMob.

3. Location

Location is used to show the map, center the view and find nearby level crossings. Users may refuse location access, but some features may then work less accurately or less conveniently.

PrzejazdPlan is not designed for background user tracking as a safety system. The app does not guarantee detection of every crossing or every railway situation.

4. Crossing reports

Users may submit a crossing or a point on the map. A report does not mean that the crossing will be added automatically.

Reports help us choose which crossings to review and support next. Locations reported by a larger number of users, for example at least 5 reports, may be prioritized for analysis.

Reports may be grouped by location or systemName, and report data may be used to verify and expand the supported crossing catalog.

5. Advertising

The app may display Google AdMob ads. AdMob may process the advertising identifier, technical device data and other information needed to serve ads.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the user's settings, consent choices and Google configuration. Users can manage ad personalization in Google or Android settings.

6. Plus subscription and payments

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. The app receives subscription status information so it can enable Plus features, such as a higher number of followed crossings and other Plus functionality.

Payment data, such as card details, is processed by Google rather than MW Interactive. Users manage their subscription in Google Play.

7. Data stored locally

The device may store followed crossings, accepted consent choices, app settings, trial or Plus status, and local report data. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove this information.

8. Safety data and limitations

PrzejazdPlan shows indicative forecasts only. The app is not a safety system. Users must always follow road signs, signals, barriers and the real situation on the road.

The absence of a forecast does not mean that no train may appear or that a crossing has been reliably assessed in real time. The app does not cover all railway crossings.

In particular, freight, technical, siding, industrial, special or otherwise data-limited crossings may be unsupported or only partially supported. Railway data may be delayed, unavailable or incomplete.

9. Data sharing

Data may be shared with service providers needed for app operation, including Google Play, Google AdMob, hosting or backend providers, and map or data providers if the app relies on external map services.

We do not sell user data.

10. Retention period

• local data is stored until the user removes the app or clears app data,
• crossing reports may be retained as long as needed to develop and maintain the supported crossing catalog,
• technical data and logs may be retained for a limited period required for diagnostics and security.

11. User rights

Users have the right to information about data processing and, where feasible in the given context, the right to request deletion of data. For privacy questions, contact support@mwinteractive.com.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app, third-party services or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
