ReproSnap
ReproSnap Public Beta Terms
Last updated:
1. Producer and scope
ReproSnap is a tool created by MW Interactive for preparing local bug reports for websites.
2. Public Beta
The product is provided as a Public Beta. Features, limitations and behavior may change. The beta can be ended or replaced with a different access policy later.
3. Nature of the tool
ReproSnap helps collect user actions, requests, errors, screenshots and optional tab recordings, but it does not guarantee capture of every data point or full reproduction of every issue.
4. User responsibility
The user is responsible for ensuring they have permission to record a given system, screen, dataset or test environment. ReproSnap must not be used without proper authorization.
5. Review before sharing
A report may contain personal data, confidential business information, request/response details, or visible data in screenshots and recordings. Users should review every report before sharing it.
6. Local operation
ReproSnap operates locally and does not automatically send reports to MW Interactive. Sharing happens only when the user chooses to export and pass the file on.
7. Reasonable limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, MW Interactive is not responsible for consequences of sharing a report without review, using the tool without permission, or technical capture limits caused by the browser, page or user environment.
8. Intellectual property
ReproSnap, its code, branding and supporting materials belong to MW Interactive or are used under the appropriate rights.
9. Future paid plans
Paid plans may be launched after the Public Beta, but paid sales are not active now. This document is not the final terms for a paid service.
10. Governing framework and contact
ReproSnap is developed by MW Interactive. Questions about product use can be sent to support@mwinteractive.com.
